    With over 38 years of public library experience, David has been at the forefront of innovation and strategic growth in libraries. From introducing some of the first computers to the Delaware County Library System in 1986 to leading both DCLS and the Lower Merion Library System, David brings deep expertise in public library planning, service optimization, core values, and building design. As a consultant, he works closely with library staff and boards to identify key needs and develop actionable solutions for long-term success.
