Core IG Week Discussion Summary

    Hi everyone,

    We hope you enjoyed Core IG week events! Here is a summary of what we discussed:

    1. We talked about the challenges of leading without authority and how to achieve collaboration and buy-in
    2. We also discussed imposter syndrome and how to build confidence in one's skillset and expertise
    3. We had several topics relating to communication and conflict management, both at the interpersonal as well as organizational levels
    4. We discussed strategies for providing mentorship and coaching to help individuals grow in their careers and build on their existing knowledge base
    5. We closed with a conversation around encouraging a culture of belonging and ensuring accommodations for individuals 

    Our next discussion is on Wednesday, March 13th at 12pm Central Time, we hope to see you there!
