This revision proposal is technical and clarifying in nature, and is not anticipated to have any impact on the majority of users of the RDA standard. The proposal suggests updating some language in the RDA Guidance chapter Aggregates --> Describing an aggregate so that it is less ambiguous, and adding some content, chiefly links to the Guidance: Resource Description sections of the RDA standard, to the RDA Guidance chapter Diachronic Works so that Toolkit users can more easily get to relevant instructions for describing particular instances of diachronic works.
