Dear Colleagues,

Please see attached the draft of the CC:DA Minutes of the 2025 ALA Meeting for review in preparation for the upcoming 2026 CC:DA Midwinter Virtual Meeting.

If Committee members and liaisons / representatives could please double-check their name, attendance, and affiliation, as well as the records of votes taken for any errors, that would be especially helpful. Any corrections can be sent to the Chair or posted as a comment to this thread. Corrections may also be put forth during the CC:DA Midwinter Meeting.

Apologies for not noticing this until after the vote on your minutes, but as a non-member I'm incorrectly mentioned here and I'm not sure what was intended!

The Chair said that CC:DA needs a Vice-Chair for 2025-2026, and Core has made it clear that Committees that do not have leadership cease to exist. rendall is tasked with finding a successor from within the current or upcoming CC:DA voting members; they are highly encouraged to consider taking on the role.
