    Hello colleagues,
    My name is Jessica Styons, and I am a PhD student at Adler University conducting research for my dissertation, which explores the lived experiences of public library directors in the United States and the practices they use to maintain resilience and well-being amid today's challenges.
    I am seeking public library directors who have been working in the United States since at least 2020 (with no more than a 12-month gap in employment during this time) to participate in a confidential 60-to-75-minute interview conducted via Microsoft Teams. Your insights could help shed light on an important topic in our field.
