Here's an opportunity from the Public Programs office (note: the deadline is today):
The Public Programs Office recently launched Round Two of the Libraries Transforming Communities: Accessible Small and Rural Libraries Grant. We're highlighting this through the Access & Equity Section because the goal is to advocate for inclusion in libraries. From Hillary Pearson, "it would be so great to have more representation from the accessibility and inclusion committees and interest groups as part of the reviewer team!"
PPO team is accepting applications through Wednesday, November 15, and there is a modest honorarium for participation. The application process is very brief and just asks for your current resume/CV and any grant experience. All peer reviewers must be either members of ALA or the Association for Small and Rural Libraries (ARSL).
If you have any programs or initiatives that you would like the Core Access & Equity Division to highlight, please reach out to us!
