  • 1.  Call for Contributors to Choice's LibTech Insights Blog

    Posted Oct 18, 2023 09:05 AM

Hello CORE members! Please forgive the cross post.  I am Deb V from Choice (a publishing unit of ACRL) posting a call for contributors on behalf of Daniel Pfeiffer the Editor of our new library technology blog LibTech Insights:

Are you interested in writing about your research or experience in the world of library technology? Choice is inviting new contributors to its library tech vertical, LibTech Insights (LTI), and we would love to hear from you!

With its focus on the day-to-day aspects of library and educational technologies, LTI publishes broadly on topics such as generative AI, user experience, instruction, accessibility, digital collections, productivity, analytics, digital literacies, and more. Blog posts run the gamut from tutorials, reviews, case studies, reading lists, and beyond. Our contributors include both experts in their fields and newcomers with some research or project experience alike. Our goal is to publish content for academic librarians and related professionals at all levels, so we welcome a variety of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.

We offer writers flexible deadlines and a monetary payment for their contributions.

If you have any questions or are eager to write a piece (or more) for LTI, please contact Daniel Pfeiffer at dpfeiffer@ala.org. We look forward to hearing from you!
