    The ALA Core Technical Services Workflow Efficiency Interest Group is looking for a volunteer to serve a two-year term as a Co-Chair (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2024).   

    The ALA Core Technical Services Workflow Efficiency Interest Group provides a forum to discuss and analyze techniques, new developments, problems, and technological advances in the workflows associated with the evaluation, selection, acquisition, and discovery of library materials and resources. It is part of Core's Metadata and Collections Section. 

    As a Co-Chair, you will work with the other Co-Chair to plan and coordinate the Group's meetings, including calling for speakers, selecting themes and topics for its programs and helping presiding the meetings.

    Attendance at ALA Annual Conferences is highly encouraged for the first-year term and required for the second-year term. You'll need to be an ALA Core member to apply for this position. It will be open until filled.
