We have the following loose issues available to other libraries for the price of postage reimbursement - NO VENDORS PLEASE

We can only accept unused postage stamps. Please reimburse for any package costing more than $3.00
We are hoping someone will need these and can rehome them. Only 18 other libraries in the US carry this title. These issues are from our Atlanta library. The Jen Library has a near complete run (lacking 2 issues) back to 2000 but this title has had problematic delivery (publishing?) problems during the last year or two so we may discontinue next year.
Is anyone else experiencing the same delivery problems in the US?
