Based on responses, and where we are all encouraged to go, it seems worth continuing to discuss Artificial Intelligence in technical services.
While there are many opportunities for AI incorporation into library cataloging and metadata tools, there is also little guidance in place for the ethics and integrity of AI-assisted record creation. How is your library navigating this uncertain landscape and what guardrails are you putting into place to safeguard good record creation practices?
