Much is happening in library digital book advocacy. Maryland's new law was challenged in federal district court and New York's governor vetoed a bill that passed overwhelmingly in the N.Y. legislature, with legislation proceeding in several other states. Meanwhile, efforts for improved data are underway as well as industry developments with Amazon and others. Learn about the current state of library digital books and directions for the coming months-and the implications for your library.
Hope to see you, either in-person or via Zoom (when Zoom is possible).
