    Dear Colleagues:
    Our organization (a non-profit library consortium)  is exploring customer management relations (CRM) software. It's complex and we'd like to find a consultant who can help us match our needs and the right software. 
    I'll compile replies and respond to the list.If you can recommend such a consultant, please reply directly to me with name and contact information . 
    If you have written an RFP to find a consultant, I'd  appreciated it if you would share.
