    Hello all,

What is everyone's view on which social networks to use, communicate on, etc.?

On one hand, I realize that different people prefer different networks (Twitter,Facebook, LinkedIn, ALA Connect etc.) and see the benefit of reaching them through what they're comfortable with. However, on the other hand, I see the challenge of overreaching and the hassle of posting on and maintaining several platforms.

Richard, I agree that too many tools can hinder networking as much as help. If it is ALA related, I like using ALA Connect because it is one source everyone has access to and it provides a history of the discussion.
