Hello TSMALIG!
It's time to call for suggestions for conversation topics for our next meeting on Wednesday, March 9, at noon CT during Core's upcoming Interest Group Week.
This is a very low-maintenance, democratic procedure in which our topics are suggested by our membership. Below is a link to a Google spreadsheet where you can suggest topics and volunteer to facilitate a discussion:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ACc8rBhj-SXV9mwPwtq1euSHO6qPutQCPcliCHPNLMo/edit?usp=sharing
There are three sheets:
- On the first sheet, please propose a topic you're interested in discussing. You don't have to volunteer to lead the discussion on your topic. All suggestions are welcome!
- On the second sheet, please sign up if you're willing to facilitate a discussion. All it means is preparing a few questions to prompt conversation and guiding things along at the meeting.
- On the third sheet, you'll find the topics from our past meetings for reference. Suggestions for March that are totally new that build on discussions from past meetings are both encouraged.
We typically have about four discussions at each meeting. We'll reach out to the volunteers a week or two before the meeting and then announce the final topics here after that.
Let us know if you have any questions. Looking forward to it!
