Ms. Kinsley previously worked for the Florida State University (FSU) Career Center Library and Law Research Center and has been working in libraries at FSU's campus in various capacities since 1991..
Her interests include student and faculty-centered qualitative and quantitative assessment. Kirsten seeks to foster and measure how campus collaborations can contribute to student and faculty success at Florida State. Currently, Kirsten is in collaboration with the College of Criminology research team and Reading and Writing Center to measure long term student success outcomes of freshmen who learn to research and write as part of an intensive library experience.
Ms. Kinsley’s membership to national organizations include the American Library Association, along previous divisional committee leadership roles within the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), and is an active member of the Library Leadership & Management Association Assessment Section (LLAMA Assessment).
