Currently I am the Assistant Dean of Libraries at Texas Woman's University in Denton, TX. I have worked over 13 years at TWU. Prior to that I worked at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX for 21 years. My interests are in leadership and development, change management, budget and library finances, collection management, research services, staff development, and library renovations.
