Hope your week is going well.
ALA Annual is (almost) here! Remember to check out SRRT's programs at Annual - details are below (times, locations, etc). Note that most of these programs are in person only.
At Friday's member/all-task-force meeting, I'll share what SRRT has been up to this past year and a bit of "looking ahead," and then we'll break for task forces to meet. If you've been looking for ways to get involved, this is a great opportunity to meet with fellow SRRT members and to see if one of the task forces might be a good fit!
A reminder that Action Council I & II meetings will be held in person with a virtual option (details below). Registration is required to attend AC I & II via Zoom, to help prevent Zoom-bombing!
Here (and below) is a link to the finalized agenda. Please note, we'll use the same doc for both meetings and may need to move items around to accommodate scheduling conflicts. Below is the Zoom registration info for those who will be attending SRRT's Action Council meetings at Annual virtually.
Any agenda omissions or errors are entirely unintentional - please let me know if anything needs to be corrected and I'll be sure to do so for our meetings. Especially if I've neglected to mark a voting member, or misidentified a vote!
Our AC agenda is likely to take the full amount of time between both meetings. Out of respect for one another, as well as our limited time together, please remember to share the floor. I will ask that remarks contribute something new to the conversation, that they generally be kept to 2 minutes, and that if you've already spoken, to wait until everyone else has had a chance to do so before speaking again. During discussions please remember to either raise your hand if you're able & attending in person, or use the virtual "raise hand" feature in Zoom. This helps me to keep track of who would like to speak, and to call on folks in order.
