Hi, I am the Virtual Reference Services Manager at the Enoch Pratt Free Library/SLRC, which involves overseeing the live chat, email, and book a librarian appointment services accessed by our library customers. I am also a librarian in the Special Collections Department at the Central Library/SLRC, within that department, I am in charge of the H.L. Mencken Room. I have been working in public libraries for almost 19 years. My career has been built around reference and customer service, public service, project management, instruction, and library technology. I am also an active volunteer in the American Library and Maryland Library Associations. I am currently the Past Chair of the ALA RUSA Reference Services Section (RSS).
