Bio

Jami Yazdani is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) with more than 16 years of experience managing a portfolio of innovative projects and planning initiatives. Jami began her library career in circulation roles before earning a library degree and has been a reference librarian, technology librarian, library manager, and library director. After more than 14 years in academic libraries, she turned her experience managing teams, projects, and change and her passion for leadership development into Yazdani Consulting and Facilitation, where she helps mission-driven organizations lead more impactful projects, teams, and planning. Jami is also the Community Founder of Consultants for Libraries.
