I’m the MetaSpace 511 Lead Innovator for the makerspace at the Mukwonago Community Library where we provide maker resources to educators, families, and community members. As a maker librarian I love bringing my passion for making and learning to the work I do and sharing it with others. There is always more to learn about making and librarianship and I’m fortunate to be the ALA Co-chair for the Core Maker Technology Interest Group and a member of the Nation of Makers Libraries Working Group. Making is a part of my life and I’m on the working committee helping to start a community makerspace, the Waukesha Makerspace, and I enjoy making things with other makers at the Milwaukee Makerspace. There is always something new to learn, today is a good day for it!
