Suzanne is the User Experience Librarian at Florida Tech’s Evans Library, where she leads multimodal research support and user‑centered service design. She manages chat and in‑person reference services, develops comprehensive Research Guides, and serves as liaison to the university’s College of Aeronautics.
Her work includes providing in‑person, virtual, and phone reference assistance; delivering course‑integrated instruction; and offering individualized research consultations. Suzanne also oversees the university’s Interlibrary Loan operations, supporting campuswide access to global scholarly resources.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Science in Library Science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
