I would be open to a morning or afternoon forum.

I like having 3, in addition to the Chapter Councilors forum and the caucuses. It gives more opportunity for Councilors to meet and discuss. If a particular person needs to miss a meeting, it's better to miss 1 of 3 than 1 of 2.

I think this could be a great idea, if the logistics can be worked out. I'm looking forward to the work session!
