On behalf of the ALA Executive Board, we would like to call for a special ALA Council Meeting on Thursday, November 30 from 12-1pm PT / 1-2 pm MT / 2-3pm CT / 3-4pm ET.

The purpose of this special Council Meeting is to receive an update from the Committee on Accreditation to vote on adoption of a further revision of the Standards for Accreditation of Master's Programs in Library and Information Studies. Programs seeking accreditation from the ALA have responded to revised Standards drafts in the past two years and are indicating readiness to begin applying a revision for reviews. We appreciate your commitment to this special meeting so we can activate the new Standards.

Will there be an updated document or is 2023 Annual Conference CD #30 already the correct  version?
