The attached member-initiated resolution,
Resolution on Continuing Virtual Access to ALA Member Meetings is on the agenda for the
2022 ALA Membership Meeting.
Per
ALA Constitution Article VI, Section 4(a) "The Association by a vote at a membership meeting may refer any matter to the Council with recommendations and may require the Council to report on such matter at any specified session of the Association."
Resolutions adopted at ALA Membership Meetings are referred to ALA Council for action.
A draft of the resolution (the final version with document number is forthcoming) is attached for your review and discussion.
