The 2024 Annual Conference in San Diego, CA is just over a month away! I am excited to announce that the DRAFT Council Agendas has been uploaded. The Council documents will be available for viewing starting from the week of June 10th , on the ALA website and ALA Connect. To register for the ALA Conference, please visit: https://2024.alaannual.org/. All Council meetings will be held, at the San Diego Convention Center, Room 06 C,D,F.
Please note the following meetings listed below that are recommended or required for all current councilors:

Council Orientation Meeting, for Newly Elected Councilors, 8:30 am-9:30 am recommended
ALA-APA Council Meeting*, 9:30 am-10:00 am required
ALA Council I*, 10:00 am-12:00 pm required
SUNDAY, JUNE 30, 2024
ALA Council II*, 9:00 am-11:30 am required
MONDAY, JULY 1, 2024
ALA Council III*, 9:00 am-11:30 am required

To join Council Meetings remotely, please click on the link provided to complete your registration. Please remember that you only need to register once for all meetings. After successfully registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access the webinar and an option to add it to your calendar. If you are unable to attend the Council meeting, kindly inform ALA Governance at governance@ala.org.
VOTING CREDENTIALS
Eligible council members will receive a personalized email with their voting information on Monday, June 24th. If you do not receive it, please reach out to the ALA Governance office.
