    Due to Kennesaw State University’s unprecedented growth and increased funding and support for its libraries, and due to the recent retirement of three senior-level librarians, the KSU Library System is currently recruiting for five librarian faculty positions, with one additional posting expected in late spring 2018. These positions reflect the Library’s and the University’s continued commitment to excellence in transforming its collections, services, facilities, and staffing.     Position 4: 

    Systems Librarian (Position Number 43000760)

    Virtual Services Unit, Librarian Assistant Professor Rank. The annual salary is set and non-negotiable at $47,376. The position is open until filled, with a desired start date of July 1, 2018. New library school graduates completing their degree by May 30, 2018 are eligible to apply. Complete electronic applications received by 5pm April 12, 2018 given first consideration. Required Qualifications Include: Master’s degree in Library Science from an American Library Association accredited program or foreign equivalent. Desired experience included experience with Ex Libris Alma System and working in a consortia environment in a shared ILS.
