    The Alabama chapter endorses this resolution's intent with the understanding that there may be revisions.

    I am not seeing comments or questions or the "question (actually supporting a question) on the draft". I am viewing it in google docs, but not seeing the comments or questions or even the little icon to Open Comment History. I am seeing "view only".
