Are you thinking of hosting a resident or fellow at your institution? Do you have a resident or fellow and need insight on how to elevate your program? You have done your research, but want to hear more about the pros/cons from someone who is currently doing the work? We will have four former, and current residents and fellows share their narratives and give insight on residencies and fellowships on this panel. If you are approaching the idea of initiating or improving a library residency or fellowship at your institution, you do not want to miss this dialogue! Sponsored by the ASERL DEI Taskforce.
