Hello all, University of Portland professor Kala Mayer is conducting a US National Study on Inclusive Leadership in Higher Education.  It will be open through the fall.

You qualify to be included in this study if you are

    18 years or older

    and

a student, staff, faculty, or administrative employee at an institution of higher education in the United States.

The purpose of this study is to assess inclusive leadership behaviors at higher education institutions within the United States from the perspectives of faculty, staff, administrators, and students on campus. It also aims to examine the relationship between inclusive leadership in groups and perceptions of individual and group belonging. This data will help establish a baseline score that can be used to measure higher education inclusive leadership behaviors and to make recommendations over time.
