    Join a group of reference professionals around the watercooler in an informal conversation about the issues we face today. This session aims to grow connections between colleagues, share ideas, and highlight effective programs. Bring your questions, challenges, and success stories! RUSA - RSS's Managing, Marketing, & Measuring Reference Committee will lead this three-part series. Each month will focus on one topic of the committee's charge.
