    Hi everyone,

My colleagues Kathia Ibacache, Stacy Gilbert, and Liz Novosel at the University of Colorado Boulder Libraries are inviting you to participate in their survey regarding the use of social media in library instruction sessions. The survey will remain open until August 31st, 2021. Please see their message below:

You are invited to participate in a research project regarding the use of social media in library instruction sessions. This study will examine academic teaching librarians' use of social media platforms in the classroom. We are interested to learn how extensively, in what ways, and for what purposes librarians incorporate social media into their instruction. We are also interested in their perspectives on the challenges and benefits of teaching social media, what platforms they use, as well as the specific skills they teach with those platforms.  This survey has an estimated duration of 5 to 10 minutes. No identifying information will be collected. We thank you for your participation!

Thank you for your consideration. If you have any questions about this research project, please contact Kathia Ibacache kathia.ibacache@colorado.edu, Stacy Gilbert stacy.gilbert@colorado.edu, or Liz Novosel elizabeth.novosel@colorado.edu.
