    Greetings!

We are seeking information about research consultations at colleges and universities in the United States. Academic libraries of all sizes are welcome to participate, please limit to one response per institution. Feel free to forward this email to the appropriate individual.

Participants will answer a statistical data sharing portion of the survey and answer 8 short questions all in regards to the research consultations at their institution. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes.

The purpose of this project is to collect data that will be utilized in an upcoming conference presentation by Kari Siders, Nathanael Davis, and Kirsten Setzkorn from Cedarville University.

Please click here to begin the survey.

Thank you for your consideration for participation.
