    We invite you to participate in a survey about library professional's perception of applying AI chatbots in reference services. The survey will take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Participants of each valid questionnaire will receive an $8 Amazon e-voucher. Your participation will contribute to the understanding of the opportunity and challenge of applying chatbots in reference services.
