    Hello! 

    I recently stepped into a role that oversees our large group of student workers who provide coverage to our service desks. 

    Does your library have a list of guidelines and expectations for students when working on your service desks? Dress codes, personal laptops and electronic use and eating/drinking policies are of particular interest.
