You've marked your calendar for Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 12:00 – 1:30 pm Central (1pm Eastern, 11am Mountain, 10am Pacific), when the MLA User Experience Caucus is hosting an open forum on the new EBSCOhost user interface. Now we're seeking your input to make this a productive discussion!
First off, we're soliciting your questions, suggestions, enhancement requests, and even good, old-fashioned venting on our Padlet board. Pick a category and post your topic! You can also upvote topics you'd like to see featured during the session. The Padlet is an anonymous way to share, so be sure you're logged out when you post and upvote!
Next, we're seeking "conversation starters" to kick things off at the event! If you want to share your topic live during the opening portion, submit it via our online form (with your email) and post it to the Padlet (anonymously) for upvoting. We'll reach out in advance if your topic is selected and you'll have a few minutes to raise it during the first part of the event!
Shareable conversation starters may include:
- questions or problems with existing/missing features (or bugs)
- suggestions or strategies to work around issues in the new UI
- enhancement requests
Finally, we'll be surfacing suggestions and questions during the session as best we can. Come with your ideas ready!
