    Dear Colleagues, 

    Has your organization recently (~2 - 3 years) restructured its Reference & Instruction unit from a traditional subject liaison model to a different service model? Looking for examples from larger academic libraries, preferably with multiple physical libraries within the system. If your organization falls into this category and you're willing to chat about the restructuring process, please let me know.
