The Academic Library Services to International Students Interest Group is hosting a virtual panel on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, 2-3pm Central Time (3-4pm Eastern Time) to discuss trends in academic library services to international students. We are seeking additional speakers. We are particularly interested in presentation topics which dismantle deficit-based thinking around international students, and focus on the experiences, knowledge and other assets which international students bring to our libraries. If you are interested in speaking about your work with international students (including instruction, outreach, reference, or other initiatives), send an email to us describing what you'd like to present on.
