    Dear ACRL Leadership Discussion Group Members,

    My name is Shana Higgins, and I am a doctoral candidate at University of Redlands, in the Leadership for Educational Justice (Ed.D) program. I am currently recruiting participants for my dissertation research on feminist leadership practices in libraries in higher education. Interested persons will meet the following criteria to be considered for participation:

    • Self-identify as practicing feminist leadership
    • Currently hold or recently have held a position as a senior administrator in an academic library (Dean, Director, University Librarian, Assistant/Associate Dean, or Assistant/Associate University Librarian)
