Subject: There is still time: Renewed call for UNYOC'25 conference content

There is still time to submit an abstract for the UNYOC'25 Thrive in 2025: Leadership, Development, & Innovation online conference, October 7 – 9, 2025.

UNYOC'25 logo with text and a leaf. The initial call for content had a deadline for submission of March 31st

The call is open again, with a new deadline of end-of-day on May 15th, 2025.

UNYOC/MLA membership is not a requirement to submit an abstract. Chapter leadership is interested in presentations on any aspect of librarianship.

You can also consider one of these topics requested by UNYOC members in the 2024 post-conference survey:

    • Library Skills Curriculum
    • Emotional Intelligence
    • Leadership in Libraries

Use this link to submit a proposal for a presentation, a lightning talk, or a poster: https://forms.gle/ynimiPxWYJ9j77gB8

    • Presentations are 15 minutes (10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions)
    • Lightning talks are 5 minutes total (Q&A happens after all talks are completed)
    • Poster presenters will get information on file type, file size, and logistics for the virtual poster session

For anyone that is not able to access Google products, please submit your abstract(s) via direct email mla.unyoc@gmail.com

On behalf of the conference planning committee, thank you for contributing your time and expertise to make UNYOC'25 happen.

Please feel free to forward this message to any interested parties.
