A reminder that proposals for the STEM Librarians South annual conference are due April 25th. This low-cost virtual/in-person event will take place July 15th (virtual) and July 17th and 18th (in-person at UT Arlington). Any librarian or information professional in the areas of science, technology, engineering, or math, including the health sciences, is invited to share their ideas in the form of a session, lighting talk, poster, workshop, or panel.
If you are unable to present, we hope you will join us as an attendee! We are awaiting responses from possible funders and plan to open registration in early May. For budget planning purposes, we anticipate virtual registration to cost no more than $15 and in-person/virtual registration to cost no more than $50. Those who have proposals accepted must also register for the conference.
