The Library Evidence Synthesis Services Symposium (LESSS) 2026 is excited to be able to offer open registration throughout the symposium, until June 18, 2026. Register in advance or at any time during the event and attend whenever you are available!
This free, fully virtual conference brings together information professionals involved in providing evidence synthesis support and/or services at their institutions, across all disciplines and library types. This year's theme is Building Sustainable, Innovative Evidence Synthesis Services, inviting us to reflect on how we develop and strengthen our services and skills to address the growing needs from both researchers and our librarian community.
You won't want to miss:
Matthew Kibbee, Evidence Synthesis Coordinator at Cornell University, and his keynote session "Collaborating with Chaos: Steering an Evidence Synthesis Service through Uncertain Times"
Tuesday's networking event, "Building a (Database) Creature with the Best Features: An Unscientific Experiment," where you can join your fellow (library) scientists for a very unscientific effort to assemble our dream database platform, cobbled together from the ones we search every day. Please register separately!
Four jam-packed days of sessions on free evidence synthesis resources, setting boundaries, capacity building, and much more.
We look forward to seeing you there (virtually)!
Sincerely,
LESSS Planning Committee
