    The Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) is thrilled to announce the second session in our series of Trend Talks, focusing on the Value of Academic Libraries and New Roles and Changing Landscapes. Join us for an enlightening webinar that promises to merge insights, success stories, and actionable strategies in library advocacy.

    This session brings together esteemed panelists who have championed the cause of libraries in unique and impactful ways:

    Ashley Cole, University Librarian, Associate Director of Collection Strategies at Eastern Kentucky University, will share her experience advocating for enhanced collaboration and communication to fulfill faculty streaming content needs.

    Amy Petts, Senior Manager for Assessment, Planning, and Outreach at Ball State University, will discuss leveraging assessment data to advocate for library instruction.

    Lynne Serviss, Associate University Librarian at McMaster University, will unveil her strategy for advocating student spaces by actively engaging student groups and local libraries.

    Expect a vibrant exchange of ideas with breakout room discussions, followed by a conclusive session detailing tools and strategies for effective advocacy within your institutions.
