    Hello Data Enthusiasts,

The 2022 Southeast Data Librarian Symposium (SEDLS) is October 12-14, 2022, online via Zoom and Discord – and the program is posted and registration is open!

    PROGRAM: Available at https://se-datalibrarian.github.io/program.html

    REGISTRATION: Register at https://rdaapai18.wildapricot.org/event-4953540

    REGISTRATION COSTS:

    • General Registration - $20.00 (USD) -- includes access to attend all short talks and poster sessions.
      • Short talks and poster sessions details (dates/times, titles, instructors, abstracts) are on the SEDLS 2022 Program page.
    • Workshops - $5.00 (USD) per workshop -- additional fee for each workshop selected.

SCHOLARSHIPS: We have scholarships covering the cost of general registration ($20.00 USD) available for attendees who otherwise would be unable to attend. While these are limited, send us an email at se.datalibrarian@gmail.com and let us know what you need (note: you don't have to justify that need – we don't need to know your personal circumstances).

ACCESSIBILITY: We understand that videoconferencing is not optimized for universal design and accessibility. Please contact the conference organizers at se.datalibrarian@gmail.com as soon as possible if you anticipate wanting accessibility support, so that we can design an approach that fits as much of our community as possible.

QUESTIONS? Direct them to se.datalibrarian@gmail.com. See the SEDLS 2022 website for continued updates and information about the symposium. Follow @SEDataLibrarian on Twitter.

    Warmest regards,

    SEDLS 2022 Planning Committee
