    Hi Health Sciences Interest Group

    I am interested in learning about what leadership encompasses at the medical library level. I have some questions:

    May someone describe what leadership consist of at the medical library level?

    If you are in a leadership position in a medical library, may you describe challenges and duties you deal with? 

    Do you have any book recommendations on medical library leadership that you found useful and practical?
