On Tuesday, April 28 at 1 pm ET, please join iREAL for Considering Collective Care and Radical Empathy in Library Workplaces, an exploration of frameworks that identify barriers and pathways to care and empathy in library work and collegial networks. Attendees will share their experiences and come away with improved practices to apply in their home institutions. This session will be presented by iREAL faculty members Jaena Alabi, Nicole Cooke, and Kaetrena Davis Kendrick.

Advance registration is required. This is the third in a series of three introductory events for iREAL, a membership-based community for academic library workers committed to racial justice and organizational improvement.
