Join us on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 1 pm Eastern for Introducing iREAL, an opportunity to learn about the Initiative for Reimagining Engagement in Academic Libraries (iREAL), a national effort by and for library workers dedicated to sustaining rigorous learning and progress towards belonging, professional engagement, and community support within academic libraries! In this session, you'll learn about the initiative's origins and goals, as well as be introduced to the program's five faculty members: Nicole Cooke, Isabel Espinal, Mark A. Puente, Kaetrena Davis Kendrick, and Jaena Alabi.

In addition to sharing their areas of interest, the faculty will also highlight some of their favorite articles and books, as well as invite participants to share suggestions for additional relevant resources. During the webinar the faculty will provide suggestions for related articles and books. Participants will be invited to add their favorite relevant resources. As a follow up, the full reading list will be sent to those who registered.

    Advance registration is required.
