    Happy New Year everyone!

    My supervisor has requested that I identify and submit my proposed professional development preferences-courses, seminars, conferences, etc. by Tuesday, January 9 at noon.

    I would welcome any suggestions.   I am the Circulation Supervisor at Norfolk State University, a mid-sized historically black college.

    As far as conferences, I could make a couple of suggestions that often have content pertinent to Circ leadership roles:

    I assume you probably knew about at least two of these, but just in case!

    I knew about the first two conferences but not about the Conference on Academic Library Management.
