    Apologies for the cross-posting :)

    Hello!

Are you a librarian with 7 years or fewer years of experience? If so, we invite you to participate in a research study on the experiences of early-career librarians!- If you know anyone who would be interested in participating, please pass it on!

This study is being conducted to gain a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by librarians in the early stages of their careers. Your participation will help us identify important factors that influence job satisfaction, career development, and overall well-being in the library profession.

    What will your participation involve?

    • Participating in an online survey (approximately 20-40 minutes) that will ask you about your experiences as an early-career librarian.

    Confidentiality:

All your responses will be kept strictly confidential. Your name and other identifying information will not be required.

    Why participate?

Your participation in this study will help us gain valuable insights into the experiences of early-career librarians. This information will be used to develop resources and support systems to better assist new librarians in the profession.
