    My name is Alejandro Marquez, and I am currently preparing for a promotion next year. My research interests focus on the library employee experience and I've written about moral injury, loneliness, mental health, career fulfillment, hope, and perceptions of productivity (or laziness). I also focus on BIPOC and queer issues. I really want to understand and improve the well-being of library staff. I am interested in co-authoring presentations or journal articles that delve into these issues.
