    Posted Dec 15, 2022 06:43 PM

I  consulted on this project and am seeking researchers who test it. Please share this message if you know anybody who conducts a meta-analysis and would like to use this tool for free for 6 months. Volunteers can contact me, Dr. Olga Koz, at okoz@kennesaw.edu or Dr. Gratiana Pol at gp@cognetto.ai

Product Description. The Cognetto Meta-Extractor is a rapid, semi-automatic data extraction tool that provides scientists in various disciplines (behavioral science, medical science, etc.) with the fastest way to extract document data for systematic reviews/meta-analyses. User Test Description. We plan to run an informal test to learn how users interact with the product, where problems lie, and what improvements or additions users desire. We will host a live webinar to demonstrate the product's functionality on January 4th, 2023, at 11 AM PST (the webinar will also be recorded and made available afterward). We expect that, by January 13th, 2023, each user will spend roughly 1-2 hours trying out the different product functions to accomplish the following tasks:

    -          Setting up a basic data extraction template for their meta-analysis project

    -          Using this template to extract data from at least 2 papers

    -          Exporting the extracted data to Excel and verifying the extraction output for accuracy

    -          Providing feedback on their experience with the product (whereby the feedback can be provided directed in the product app)

User Benefits. In exchange for testing the Cognetto Meta-Extractor, users will get a free subscription to this product for 6 months.
